Yes that’s right I cheated. I stepped on the scale and checked where things were at and I was supposed to wait until Day 21. But it was a tough day and I need some extra reward.
So this morning I got up, did my Dirty 30 workout, made my Shakeology, and about 15 minutes later saw my Shakeology the second time around. So today was going to be that kind of day. I had planned to be super productive; get up, workout, get groceries, meal prep, clean the house and call it a day. Instead I spent most of the day on the couch watching the first season of Full House and nursing this cold/flu whatever thing I had. So needless to say my meal plan also went right out the window. At least I had already got y workout in.
By late afternoon my stomach seemed to settle down enough to at least get the grocery shopping done, and I guess meal prep will have to be tomorrow’s chore. I did also manage to make a wicked spaghetti and meatballs tonight, who says you can’t still enjoy good food.
What I actually ate today:
Whole Wheat English Muffin with Peanut Butter
Leftover Zucchini Taco Boats with some berries on the side
Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Chicken Pesto Meatballs and Tomato Sauce
– Good numbers on the scale
– Still got that workout in
– Made the grocery run
