Day 5 – The Return Of Cardio

So Day 5, here we are. My little pumpkin had a fever last night and it hadn’t broken by morning, so that means I’m staying home from work. I figured I might as well take the opportunity to get some extra rest and try to kick this awful cold.

Good news is I had time to do the meal planning while she slept this afternoon, and it only took me 2 hours instead of half the day! I also got my workout in this morning, and I pushed hard through that cardio. Every day feeling stronger, everyday feeling like I can push harder.

Dinner tonight was super delicious and I am going to be hanging on to that taco spice mix because it is perfect! I did add a touch more tomato sauce after I stuffed the zucchini because my meat seemed a bit dry, and then used Parmesan cause I didn’t have any shredded cheese left.

Meal Plan for Today:

Breakfast:
Peanut butter Banana Chocolate Shakeology Shake
Snack:
Strawberry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips
Lunch:
Spinach Salad (Spinach, Tomato, Peppers, Cottage Cheese, Balsamic Dressing) and a side of bread with Peanut Butter
Snack:
Carrots, Cottage Cheese, and Crackers
Dinner:
Turkey Taco Boats (Recipe Here)
Snack:
Yogurt Parfait

Today’s Wins:

– Pushed through cardio
